Artist's Description
Image illustrating a light beam passing through a triangular prism. This simulation shows a beam of monochromatic light striking a triangular prism. The ray is refracted (bent) as it enters the prism and again as it leaves it. The beam is shown partly reflected from the first surface of the prism.
