This is my art that I was able to showcase on this beautiful tote! Sally’s Soulsations

May 18th, 2019

I just received the 4th of July Tote I ordered last week. It is of quality material and should service my friend well. I'm so pleased and I think the gift recipient, a Grand Marais resident, will really love it! The image is perfect.

Artist's Description

My fascination with walls, windows and doors originates in their symbolism (at least for me). Walls are the separation between here and there; between one place and another another place; between inside and outside ... between one person and another. Windows and doors are the connection between here and there ... and metaphorically, the connection points between people. This image was part ot the "Walls, Windows and Doors" one man show at the Amerind Museum in dragoon, AZ. A 16"x24" print of this image is now part of the museum's permanent collection.

About Joe Kozlowski

I started shooting seriously in the 1960's as a freelance photographer in San Francisco. Then I stopped shooting seriously and started shooting for myself. I was schooled at Syracuse University and Shimer College but I don't think my schooling got in the way of my education. I've lived and worked in Chicago, San Francisco, Cleveland, Grand Rapids (MI), The Poconos, the Metropolitan NY areas and Tucson, Arizona. My father was a portrait artist and art teacher (you can find his bio listed on Wikipedia). I've been involved in all aspects of photography...
