This is not a Quaker meetinghouse. It is Methodist-- see W.H. Daniels, The Illustrated History of Methodism... New York: Methodist Book Concern, 1883, p. 233 and 234. The image dates from the early days of Methodism, when meetings were often held in private homes that were temporarily used for Methodist preaching.
