Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I love this print! Her dress is so pretty and victorian and I can daydream that this is me in another lifetime , contemplating life while visiting the sea

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

Artist's Description
This painting belongs to the serie " Mujeres del Pais de Abril". Queen St Isabel (Spain 1271 - Portugal 1336) - Through her marriage to the Portuguese king D. Dinis, was queen of Portugal between 1288 and her death, during which contributed decisively to the consolidation of the monarchy in Portugal. After marriage, the life of Queen Isabel , began to exhibit almost a dual-personality which marked her future life; first, a carica and pious character, and secondly, a political strength of a woman able to deal with the blows rendered between the rulers of the day. She built shelters for the homeless, strangers and pilgrims. She generously gave assistance in the institutions she founded. In the capital for example, she founded a hospital for the poor, a free school for girls, a house for repentant prostitutes, built convents for the religious and a home for abandoned children. She visited the sick, finding them doctors even when they were unable to pay. After the death of her husband...

I will take those roses...whatever the weight. I will leave my crown, however light, I will pray for a miracle, however accomplished...I will open a new window, nailed with petals. Rosa (estuve buscando una imagen y tu Isabel era la más maravillosa....así que otra vez aqui! Hugs Mada...Rosa

Pure serenity, pure beauty and candour The roses like food for the heart, and the drapery is solid and light as a rose by herself. Me encanta Mada. Rosa
