Description
There is wall to wall growth in the pacific rainforests on Vancouver Island. This wet and humid environment creates the conditions where life seems to explode from every conceivable nook and cranny. This photo is an attempt to capture in black and white the thick wet moss that covers the Big Leaf Maple Trees that tower over the forest floor. The result is a texture rich photo with large grey scale and depth.
