FANTASTIC! My dad was a maintainer on F-105's in the early 1960s, and wore the blue "Thunderchief" patch on his fatigues. This was a birthday present for him, and the smile when he pulled it out of the box said I'd struck gold.

Artist's Description

Our Sam McGee is a 5'6" scientific model that we use in some of our photography and digital work. Here, he appears multiple times on a black background to accent his bone structure. I always like combining science with art, as my background is in Biology, and I remember learning all of the human parts, and dissecting everything from an earthworm to human cadavers--in class of course.

About Betsy Knapp

Betsy Cutler-Knapp is a multi-genre full-time artist. Currently she lives and breathes photography and 3D rendering, which is a balance between traveling and lovingly logging-in time behind the computer screen. One of her most identifying characteristics is her history with Topsail Island, North Carolina. She has been photographing the island for decades and often visits the quaint, magical paradise. She also finds Topsail's past fascinating, especially the military project, Operation Bumblebee, in the development of the ramjet engine.
