I would give zero stars but this is not an option. I was very disappointed with my order from Fine Art America. The frame had a flaw in the finish that left a bump. It appeared to be excess paint that had accumulated in one spot. Also a large percentage of the picture is just plain white paper leading up to the entrance to the bridge. I took it to UPS to return it, but it would have cost me the same amount as I paint for the picture. There is no phone number on the web site that allows the customer to talk to someone and get information. So basically I waisted $400.00 for a picture than can not be returned because the cost of shipping equals what I paid for the picture. Also the 30 day return policy is 30 days from your ordering it on line, not 30 days after you receive the picture.
