I was tipped off to the where about's of this young fox. I approached slowly and quietly and caught it sleeping right here. By the time I got the camera up and pointed, it had jumped up and was quite alert. I snapped a couple of shots before it ran off, with the first shot being the best.

Thanks Tami. This image was used as the spring cover for Life In The Finger Lakes magazine. I was looking at your site today. Nice work with the oils. Love your red fox also. My wife paints in acrylics. She may have a site here someday soon.
