I have loved and painted horses forever; their elegant form, ability to communicate, architectural anatomy – all conspired to define my art, infusing it with energy, movement, life. I cannot fully explain my overwhelming energetic connection to them; they run with power through the wind of my soul.
An artist by nature I revel in ancient cave wall paintings, Greek form and sculpture, renaissance anatomical perfection, impressionist color and mood; Japanese water and ink, and modern abstract expressionism. All shape the internal development of my work.
