I picked this leaf off the ground in autumn and since leaves are translucent I wanted to back light the leaf. I positioned a fluorescent light box under my copy stand and placed the leaf on the box with a glass sheet over the leaf to weigh it down. I set my white balance to fluorescent or 3800K for correct color. The camera I used was a Nikon D7200 with a Nikkor 60mm f/2.8 macro lens. Exposure was at 1/3 sec. at f/32 for sharpness and the ISO was 100.
