Description
This was a fun painting for me as I truly enjoy painting flowers and fruit. With this as a combination, it came out in "Renaissance" style with a great deal of color. My husband said it looks like Carmen Miranda's Hat. You have to be an older person or an old movie buff to enjoy this comment. Look her up on the computer. I hope you enjoy this painting as it was a pleasure for me to paint.

I agree with Lenore, still lives usually do not catch my eye, this one did. Love the grapes, heck I'd love to make a fruit salad with all the wonderful things you have in this painting. Well done, Karen.

Wow! - This really grabbed my eye. I seldom comment on still lifes or flowers, either, but this is outstanding and so happy! Absolutely love it! You set the tone for my day! ):
