Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Love the colors a size.
Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, old book pages, painted drawing paper, image transfer of a feather that was printed on sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.
Meaning behind the art: This piece was made a while back and I find it fitting now, with the new year in action I’ve let go of some things or more so released them and there is this space which I’m cautious about filling up. So, when I saw this piece yesterday while I was in the studio I looked at the white area as a purpose to be what it was and needs to be. Instead of rushing to fill an area that you may have cleared clutter away from or decided not to drag around.
Bio Laura Lein-Svencner was raised in Downers Grove IL not far from her grandfather’s farm and resides now Darien Illinois for the past 30 years. She’s continued with her personal studies in drawing, printmaking, sculpture, papermaking and collage. Seeking inspiration from one artist to another, Laura has pursued her love of paper; this steady pace of exploration has led her to become a member of many local and international collage groups. She also co-founded the Midwest Collage Society which exhibits throughout the Midwest region. Her works has won many awards and most recently the 27th Annual Juried Exhibit with the National Collage Society.
