The material was sent in a bag and was extremely creased

I am the artist who ordered these items. I was disappointed with the fleece blankets. The image printed crooked on 4 of the 5 blankets and the 'plush fleece' is very different from the plush fleece blankets I ordered previously. No where near as 'plush'. These blankets were unsellable. Also, one of the tapestries showed up with a thread that was pressed right into the fabric which made it unsellable as well. The reason I didn't ship these items back was due to the fact that by the time I received the order, there was insufficient time to return the order in time to meet the '30 day' from the date ordered deadline. This is the first time I've been disappointed with an order featuring my art by way of FAA. Sadly, it makes me hesitant to order again.

Artist's Description

This is a cropped version of number thirty-three out of forty-six in the Canoe Lake Paddle as numbered along the path of the paddle. This was the walking to the Mowat Cemetery portion of that pilgrimage. Tom took a picture of the the gravestone of James Watson exactly like I did a century or so later. Tom's grave is located about 8.5 metres from the place where both he and I were standing. Tom Thomson was "temporarily" buried in Mowat Cemetery on July 17, 1917. I believe Tom is still there but that is just my opinion. White birches tnd to have ashorter life span of 80 to 140 years so this large and ancient tree is doing very well indeed. Tom and I both photographed the featured stone marker for James Watson and it reads: "In Memory of Ja’s Watson The First White Person Buried at Canoe Lake. Died May 25 1897 being one of about 500 employed at this Camp by the Gilmour Lumbering Co. Aged 21 yrs Remember Comrades (when passing by) As you are now so once was I As I am now so you shall...

About Phil Chadwick

Trained at Queens University as a nuclear physicist, Phil the Forecaster has been a professional meteorologist since 1976. Painting has however been his passion forever. For ten years, he studied under the late Mario Airomi, a famous Italian artist. Phil paints what he knows best: weather, nature, canoes and his family. There are not enough hours in the day to record the inspiration that abounds. Phil paints mainly en plein air striving for impressionistic realism. Something intangible and sometimes magical enters the art when one is actually out in the elements surrounded by inspiration. Bold colours and shapes can be found in the natural world if you only look. Phils art hangs in many private and corporate collections around the...
