Our tote bags are made from soft, durable, poly-poplin fabric and include a 1" black strap for easy carrying on your shoulder.   All seams are double-stitched for added durability.   Each tote bag is machine-washable in cold water and is printed on both sides using the same image.

Artist's Description

I know it's probably insensitive of me, but this painting was made on the eve of the 2016 summer Olympics in Rio during the height of the zika scare. Hence the stricken crowd in the shadows trying to warn the discus/egg-throwing chicken-statue about the mosquito that has landed on his shoulder. Sidebar note: I also like how the road in the background visually reinforces the arm motion of the discus/egg being thrown

About Robert Pratt

In the past 40 years Robert Pratt (AKA The Digital Chicken) has enjoyed, some might say, a "checkered" career in the arts - professional actor, corporate creative director, fiction writer and throughout it all, a fine art painter. As a young man in his early twenties, after 9 semesters of college, he hitch-hiked from his native Iowa to make a name for himself in Hollywood. There, he lived in a rented garage for six months until he got his first break as a journeyman actor at the prestigious Mark Taper Forum Theatre in Los Angeles. After a year of studying with world famous acting coach Peggy Feury, he learned that the most important truth in life is your own. Or, as Shakespeare said, "To thine own self be true."
