I don't know the area too well...but you should talk to the local people. Rangers will be great help. Tell them what you like ...woods, streams, fields etc.

Hey Jason, I shot it off of Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail-beautiful section(though kind of hard to find) of the Park. Be sure not to miss Cades Cove as well at sunrise-gorgeous!

This is another lovely shot, Steve! I'll be in the Smokies in a couple of weeks and am hoping the weather is decent enough for me to get out and get a few shots. Where in the park was this one taken?

Hi Jason-I just read that Roaring Forks Road was closed for the season 12/01 (Also the road to Clingmans Dome)
