Rock Gods and Nature Deities. This series of fine art photography I began years ago when I fist lived and hiked in the mountains of New Hampshire. I was always visually captivated with the rock formations and often saw figurative suggestions in the scenes I was looking at. When I began dissecting the photos, even more amazing figures appeared and often these lead me to more meditative thoughts about our world and the treasures simple observation holds.
I am interested in capturing the close up worlds of rock, water and wood. Carrying my visual discoveries further, I reorder the original
photography. The art reflects my interests in concepts of the fractal universe, quantum physics and nature's micro-habitat worlds. The spiritual philosophies of Buddhism and the native American connection with nature are integrally related to my work.

Your continuation of rock forms in this fantastic rock detailing scene is so full of mystery and joy for the beauty of visual narratives. I love these earth colors and the hidden forms and subjects, which abound within Nancy. F/L.
Nancy Griswold replied:
Thanks Randy, I always saw a masked face in this one with skull like forms on the chin and above, but like ink blots I was amazed when others told me they saw a teddy bear, then I knew we all see things differently, so intriguing, thanks for the F/L as always dear friend
