This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
The Rock of Cashel, in County Tipperary, Eire, is reputed to be the site of the conversion of the King of Munster by Saint Patrick in the fifth century. It was the traditional seat of the kings of Munster until the Norman invasion in 1101. The castle contains the ruins of a thirteenth century cathedral. This view is enhanced by a luxurious field of wildflowers: yellow ragwort (jacobaea vulgaris) and pink rosebay willowherb (chamerion angustifolium).
About Nigel Radcliffe
I was born a Manxman - a native of the Isle of Man in the centre of the British Isles - and my heritage from there sometimes brings a Celtic element to my work. However, another side of my personality has often been expressed in my acrylic painting and photography in a more extraverted, Mediterranean way. This has no doubt been influenced by the fact that I have travelled through Europe and elsewhere in the past, but I have come to look for inspiration nearer to my home in recent years in a beautiful part of the north of England. My Christian faith underlies what I do in art as in the rest of my life. I am a retired clinical psychologist and am married with children and grandchildren.
