Description
Since childhood, I have filled many sketchbooks with detailed renderings of the wild flowers, grasses and insects I find around my family's Wyoming cabin. In this bronze pitcher, which I sculpted in relief based on my drawings, I include an intricately patterned Glover's silk moth nestled on a nodding stem of needlegrass, and a "love bug" (as I call the true bug with the heart emblazoned on its back) climbing amony tiny Wyoming bluegrass seeds. This wildlife sculpture in bronze also features a painted lady butterfly, cinquefoil, buffalo burr, blue grama grass, flower beetle, snout beetle, fireweed, sedge, great basin wood nymph, ambush bug, evening primrose, monkshood, Indian millet, and many more. The pitcher is available in several patinas and prices. Depicted in this photo is the French Brown Patina. For more information, please click the "Contact" button on this page.

Dawn, I sitll love all of your work. Thank your for your kind words about the Animal Remembrance card. It was sent to me from the Vet's office. I simplly enhanced it a little and uploaded it in remembrance of "Happy" our sweet and precious family member who passed away on Jan. 7th. Thank you again, Anne F/V
