About Donna Thomas
Having been involved in art for the past 30 years, I now own and operate The Art School in Sandy Springs in Atlanta, GA which is fast gaining popularity throughout the southeastern US region primarily due to the quality of instruction and workshop offerings. My early training in art at the University of Georgia in the early 70's eventually led me to finish a degree in the medical field. After practicing for 20 years as a physical therapist, I opened a gallery and now, my school. This medical experience helped me really understand human anatomy and its application in art. Thanks, everyone...such nice comments, particularly from you fellow photographers!!! I caught this boat in Norway. Believe it or not, the day was beautiful and then, all of a sudden, a huge rain with hail storm burst onto the scene. I hope the sailors faired well. The North Sea is known for its roughness!!! It started out as rain and then the winds were so back our umbrellas turned inside out and pushed us sideways...it was wild!!!
