I am delighted with my purchase. I am a fan of the artist's work and own several of his prints. I now have a second mug to go with one I bought previously! Highly recommended!

The coffee mug with the image of the antique fishing lure painted by artist Julie Bailey is just what I was looking for! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will likely purchase additional artwork from this artist on Pixels.com!

This is a beautiful mug! An excellent picture of an Air Corsica ATR 72-500 17 in flight! Excellent photography and artwork! I also like the color of the mug!
San Pascuals Table
Pascual Bailon (1540-1592) was born, in May of 1540 in Torre Hermosa, Aragon, Spain. In his youth he was a sheep herder and was often seen praying in the pastures. His faith led him to the Franciscan monastery in Loreto. Because he was uneducated, the friars would only accept him to do menial tasks such as cooking. His devotion to his faith and kindness of heart to the poor made him beloved by all. San Pascual is the patron saint of cooks and the kitchen. He is especially loved in New Mexico. I have depicted him here after he has prepared a traditional New Mexican meal for his Franciscans. He has served burritos smothered in red chile, enchiladas served with a fried egg, tamales, fresh flour tortillas, Spanish rice, pinto beans, and sopaipillas with honey.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of New Mexico and my family has been in northern New Mexico for over 10 generations. My work comes from my memories of growing up in a large extended family and my favorite subjects to paint are the people and traditions of northern New Mexico. I have always loved art and have wanted to become an artist for as long as I can remember. My primary medium is acrylic on canvas. I have also enjoyed using acrylic on wood as well. As a self-taught artist, I really fight looking at something when I'm painting or sketching. I love just allowing my work to evolve organically. My preliminary sketches are...
