i'm a FAN of this ARTIST... and his WORK !!!!... this particular piece SPOKE to me... so i PURCHASED it !!!... what i like MOST about BILL WINTER's WORK is that it is undeniably BEAUTIFUL... but there is ALWAYS something "more"... hard to DESCRIBE... but if you "spend time" with his PIECES, you'll see what i mean !!!... that indefinable QUALITY... ALWAYS (you can COUNT on it!) REVEALS ITSELF !!!!
