This photo was taken at Hanging Rock, near Mount Macedon and Woodend in Victoria, Australia in 2014 when there were plans for a resort style development there. If you look closely just left of the middle of the picture you'll see the words "Save the Rock" in the paddock in front of the house. The local community were successful in their campaign to stop the development.
