This is my first purchase from Fine Art America. I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted to hang in our newly renovated master bathroom wall. Caliban Strange is a painter. He has a love for Picasso, and Salvador Dali. He also enjoys performing magic. He does this with the help of his puppet assistants. Through simple sleight of hand the puppets offer up a feat of prestidigitation, in a cabaret setting. His paintings are created much the same ways as his puppets. There are woven, cut and sewn onto the canvas. He adds the colours, the finishing touches, and the exactness, that comes with a keen artistic eye. Caliban has a interest in film and inventing too.
