Breaking wave on the beach of the Dungenus Spit. This beach spits out into the Strait of Juan De Fuca. A large body of water that flows between the United States and Canada. The water may be large, but the waves are usually quite small as this beach is inland a bit from the open ocean waters.

Ya, okay, so our waves around here are Barbie-sized and only Barbie could surf them and the water is freezing, but visiting the beaches in the NW is still a refreshing experience.
