The first metal print they sent me had streaking in the paint from shrink wrapping the piece before it had fully dried. Thankfully, I reached out to Fineart and sent them photos of the streaking in the painting, and they sent me a new reprint without any blemishes at no charge. They requested I keep, donate, or discard the old painting. I took the flawed print to my office and kept the clean print at home. Very pleased with the customer service and the end result, a beautiful picture of sunset at Morro Rock on the North beach side. I got a huge print, about 43x39 inches. See below. This photo makes it look much smaller than it looks in person.

Artist's Description

Mystic Seaport Light is a lighthouse at the south end of Mystic Seaport, 2 miles (3.2 km) upriver from Noank, Connecticut. The light is a two story white shingled structured topped with a glass enclosed lantern and is a replica of the 1901 Brant Point Light on Nantucket Island. The Mystic Seaport Light was designed by William F. Herman Jr. and constructed in 1966. It was formally dedicated in August 31, 1967, but remained unlit due to active navigational regulations imposed by the United States Coast Guard. The Mystic Seaport light is now an active light, but not an official aid to navigation.

About Tom Jennerwein

I have always been fascinated by the visual impact that comes from the works of the Masters. The Masters being, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Vermeer as well as David Leffel, a current living master, have all been an inspiration to the development of my oil paintings. “The power of the light in their paintings attracted me to paint in that style “.Paintings show us objects in our environment that we may overlook or ignore, and I try to make some of that world around us come alive, as a rich, beautiful place. Paint strokes, along with a well thought palette can bring magic to the viewers, making them want to touch the illusion of a three dimensional object on canvas. Employed with a degree in nursing, I spend my off hours attending art...
