His record-breaking win in the Belmont Stakes, where he left the field 31 lengths behind him, is widely regarded as one of the greatest races of all time.Secretariat's 2:24 winning time still remains the course record 42 years later.His stride angle, 110 degrees plus, which is defines the maximum opening between the front and rear legs, usually occurring at push off from the rear foot. We have found that for every degree you increase the stride angle, you increase the stride length by 2%.
