The ‘tricycle’ is one of the most common and iconic forms of public transport. The sidecar can hold as many as four to five Filipinos inside and one or two can ride behind the driver. I’ve seen them more fully loaded than that with passengers standing on the front and back or the sidecar. It would be impossible to find two that are identical. The motorcycles are store bought but everything else is made to order and the coloring and decorations are up to the driver. I love to look at a row of parked Tricycles like this and see all the variations.
