The camera I used was a Nikon D7200 with a Nikkor 60mm f/2.8 macro lens. My exposure was ISO 200 at f/8, my synch speed was 1/250 sec. The light I used was a Nikon SB-600 Speedlight. I mounted the flash off camera on a light stand about 6 feet in back of the subject. I kept the flash in manual mode. I made a home-made snoot out of black construction paper that I wrapped around the flash to give the light a more narrow angle. This back lighting gave me the long shadow.
