Hello fellow Vote and Vote Often member, apparently I was further behind on my voting than I thought, so I am only going to vote without commenting until I catch up; sorry. Voted Elaine

Great shot! v

Paul Plaine replied:

Thank you.

Glad to hear you are also a Yankee fan. I have two son's Yankee fans and one Mets. Although I am a Yankee fan I do cheer for the Mets. I actually attended the first game in SHEA stadium many years ago.

Great capture! V

Paul Plaine replied:

Thank you - much appreciated.

Here for a closer look, and to vote!

Paul Plaine replied:

Thanks so much.

Nice perspective (and this compliment is coming from a Yankee fan)!

Paul Plaine replied:

Thanks for the compliment (especially from a Yankee fan). I grew up blocks from the Stadium (you know which one I mean) and am a Yankee fan first. But I love baseball - and I like the Mets. If you've seen any of my other stuff here you can see that I have a lot of Yankee Stadium photos and I have many, many more on a website I have dedicated solely to baseball photos. My studio is in White Plains - if you're ever in the neighborhood give me a shout!

Nice Capture V

Voted! I like the perspective in this image!

Paul Plaine replied:

Thanks - Shea Stadium was criticized heavily and called a "dump" by many people. Now that it's torn down and been replaced by Citifield, a lot of Met fans miss the memories they had from Shea

Voted, even though I am not a Mets fan, LOL!

Paul Plaine replied:

Thanks for the vote - and my friends who are Met fans thank you also!!!
