The artist is my son and is very talented. In high school he was accepted by Chicago Art Institute but couldn’t afford the tuition. He graduated from Fredonia State University with a Fine Art degree.

My purpose in creating art is to enrich the life and perception of those who care to see it. In some cases I rely purely on shape and no color but with most pieces I combine shape with color. I never use paint right out of the tube but instead I mix all of my own colors to create a uniquely individual look. I hope looking at my art brings out some emotion in you.

Beautiful colors and style. As a photographer I am always trying to remove power lines from my images but I love how you used the power lines in this scene to make it so realistic.

Thank you Benanne. I was trying to show the way I was seeing China. Electricity next to an old lantern, laundry hanging on wooden poles, and this old house that seems to have evolved without a plan. All of this located next to a polluted canal that is used for washing, cooking and dumping.
