On the way to the YS Falls and the Black River in Jamaica, there's a little hut with a very old lady called 'granny', who, along with her daughter, cooks this amazing shrimp that's caught fresh and sorted right behind the shack by her grandsons. Granny is almost blind and is confined to a chair, but has been doing this for so long now, that when she directs the proceedings you can see the vigour of a woman who must have been formidable in her prime...
