Stunning—all are enjoying in my residential Chapel.
This painting "Silver Morning" won the 2ND PLACE. in a beautiful art event Plein Air 757 2013 Artist Awards and Sponsors which is an annual southeastern Virginia, juried Paint Out Event. There were 30 artists who participated this year from all over the US, and even Canada. We set up our easels all over the geography defined by area code 7 5 7. We painted for two entire days, capturing all the beauty and complex character of this area of Virginia. After two days of work, we delivered our "still wet paintings" to be exhibited and offered for sale. This is an oil painting on canvas size 24x36 inches. Thank you for looking!
Ylli Haruni: A Visionary Impressionist Artist A native of Albania, Ylli Haruni graduated from the prestigious Academy of Arts in Tirana in 1976. He went on to achieve national recognition and acclaim with numerous paintings featured in the permanent collection of the Albanian National Art Gallery and Museum. National honors continued to be bestowed upon Haruni in the following decade as the Albanian National Assembly awarded him with the Medal Naim Frasheri in 1985 Scenographer) and 1989 (Artist). In 1991, Haruni moved to Greece, where he continued to hone his impressionist skills before emigrating to the United States in 1994.
