Red Roses resting on her piano keys is the testominal to her love of music and the joy of hearing my sister, Tommy play. I got the inspiration when she was recently visiting WV from Florida.. Tommy received her degree in Music and teaches in the Lakeland FL area. Since I named this Sisters, I need to add another rose because there are 4 (four) of us. lol Hope you enjoy this and if anyone would like to commission a similar one, please E-mail me. Thanks. (You may note that there are now 4 roses! I am the petal in the right hand corner)

I feel as though I have been painting my entire life. Particularly since 1985 when I finally felt I had time after raising my four sons. Moving back to West Virginia from California was probably the smartest thing I ever did. Painting in oil originally and now mainly in acrylic, I found my niche. I love to paint the landscapes that surround me in this beautiful historic land. I have recently discovered pastels and was amazed at how much I love them and how easy they are to work with. I have studied extensively throughout D.C., California, Minnesota and now West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
