Two purple water lilies rising up through lily pads. They are surrounded by lush green in sparkling clear water. So Hum is a Yogic mantra meaning "I am that." "That," meaning all of creation, the one breathing us all. It's contemplation meditation used to reflect on the mystery of being and the interconnectedness of all things.
