Promises by people at best are well intended wishes not easy to keep. Other maybe outright lies serving only for the gain of the one saying it. Though in the short or long run there is no gain in lying. One is only lying to themselves in thinking so. A promises should always be meant to keep but probably one of the hardest things to do. Maybe that's the reason people are the only ones equipped to make them ? It might jest be always of God to show us we're not perfect. Something so easy to say yet so hard to do even with the best intention of man. For if when we know our weaknesses then shell we know our straight. You lend a thought to thinking Laurie. Something we all should do a lot more of before promising anything. Smile my friend life is far brighter then a black and white photograph :o) L
