incredible use of the color red. truly amazing!!

Hi, Chelsea, I do love red. I'm glad that you enjoy this. thanks for the great comment!

Innocence versus experience, the fall from grace, the original sin and paradise lost, all archetypal parts of the jigsaw puzzle of our existential meltdown. The absurdity of human life and the Sisyphus myth- like futility of everyday existence, carrying boulders of of pain, confusion and fear up the hill of time,in an useless, meaningless effort to continue this unjust and infernal cycle. The only solace there is for us is our childhood, when ''we were so young, so young", when there was no big rock to be carried, when imagination had no limits and conditions did not exist.......that is true paradise......and its in the past,,,,as Albert Camus said:"..all it takes is a big ,strange noise....and there we are,,,,returning to the joyfulness of childhood..." great work maria....

This image brings me memories from a costume party in my own childhood, when I and my brothers were dressed up as polichinellas, so many years ago... so many good and bad experiences since then... and our peg-top hearts spinning full speed.

Wow - you have such style Maria. Love this!
