About Jude Lobe
By painting I allow the voice within me to emerge through spontaneous expression. It is like consciously dreaming as thoughts come and go and grow while time stands still. When designing I try to let go of my consciousness and let the energy about me lead me. When I begin painting I attempt to return to the free spirit of the 5 year old that took brush in hand and got lost in the moment and freely stroked the canvas expressing all the joy, or anger or whatever emotion ruled the day.
