The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

With a serious thunder storm rolling in from the east, I notice that the smoke stacks of the Apollo beach power plant was bathed in sunlight from the west!!! They stood out very brightly against the dark storm clouds!!! Much of the area got lots of heavy rains with hail, and server winds. I was in this area on look out for water spouts. No water spouts on this day but on the very next day a similar storm caused a small tornado just to the north of this area in Riverview Florida, it caused some miner damage to a few homes. I miss that one! I hope you enjoy "Stacks in the Clouds"
