Hi Lenore. The mountains in the distance are probably the same ones you see on the way to Walden. Woods Landing is a very unique place, also, up that same road. Oh, but you probably take the left "Y" at cowdry. "Every Y in the road" makes for a different life. ML, Zanobia

Hi, Zenobia--I love how the light and shadows play out in this one. Driving home in the summer, I often take "the back way" & go near Steamboat before turning toward Walden, so this scenery seems familiar, and therefore, comforting to me. Beautifully done.
