So perfect, Paul. I grew up in Boston so Aerosmith were our home town boys. This painting is sooo Steven...the iconic shape of his face around the mouth (without the full blown exaggerated mouth) gives him a quiet, reflective look. And that one velvety looking eye. I don't know how you do it, but you truly capture your subject's soul. Amazing. Love it!

Oh Paul, this is absolutely fab!! It feels like Steven Tyler is truly in front of me, in the flesh! You've captured, as always, a perfect expression of an icon. Even in a flash-glimpse one KNOWS who this is!! I love how you used colour in only part of the portrait. The grey tones are not lost at all because of that. They are, in fact, amazingly significant to the whole. More so than when some others try this technique.
