This is amazing, Marlene, as all your art is ... any medium you use you create ART. f,l

Marlene Burns replied:

Thank you so much, Kume...we've got some great stuff on the streets of Tucson, don't we?!?

So cool, I like this!

Marlene Burns replied:

Thank you, Alessandro!

Wow Marlene that urban abstract mixed media you own is a complete triumph . Art is everywhere and you marry colour and form to produce inspired compositions .. Bravo my friend .

Marlene Burns replied:

You are most kind, Paul. Thank you!

Marlene Burns replied:

Marlene Burns replied:

Love this!

Marlene Burns replied:

Thank you, Angela!

Gorgeous Marlene !!! I love the combination of elementary math figures, the circle, the rectangle and the square...now i know for sure that you have a technical education :)))

Marlene Burns replied:

I loved geometry...it made such sense to me, Michel! Thank you ;)

Well, I didn't post them....Maybe I should....!

I just did about twenty photos of heavy metals....and believe me, I was thinking of your art as I shot each one. You have found a wonderful world of imagery and gorgeous color. Love the way you place them so they enjoy each other. This one is another goodie! F/L++

Marlene Burns replied:

Thank you so much, Nancy...I'm heading over to look! Thanks also for that expression..."How they enjoy each other." That is a perfect description of what I hope to accomplish!

Be still, my trembling.... painting hand!!! My favorite, and if I remember correctly, yours too, and its blue, sitting there in perfect harmony, with the yellow and especially the orange. Black and yellow, and blue and orange are always a winner in my book, especially when you're dishing it out!!!

Marlene Burns replied:

Cliff, There are precious few artists whose words of praise can lift up my day and inspire me to stay on this track awhile longer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! BTW, the one on the left is brand new...found it this morning in a construction zone!
