Description
For months, this young woman and her pimp grabbed shopping carts at Saigon City Market, in Westminster, California; demanding money; when rebuffed, she circulated between parked cars, shouting, 'See anything that you like!" It's very dangerous because distracted parents let children toddle off in front of cars. The police picked her up where she had territorialized a discarded mattress in the alley. She hasn't been back.

Radical Reconstruction Fine Art Featuring Nancy Wood
This street walker is a dead ringer for the intake officer at the Federal Court in Los Angeles! The court has casual Fridays, and for some reason the Mexican high school graduate on a work visa, who hired on as Magistrate Seagal's paralegal, took casual to mean 'street walker;' cleavage must be very important to her. Once I even asked, out loud, 'Why are you dressed like a prostitute?' The powers that be were in the same room, and hearing my astonishment, banned boobiage Fridays. Now if only they would ban City policies that enable the police to rape, roll, and arrest the homeless, in total disregard of their civil rights.
