Spending the first forty years of my life in Oklahoma, in the places where my previous four generations had lived taught me to appreciate and be in tune with the changing of the seasons, the beauty of the sunsets and the melancholy of small ghost towns. Moving the Colorado in 2011 started a new phase of my life where I was able to explore new places, art, music, and new landscapes.
