I have several Amaryllis that bloom in February. I have always been amazed by this flower. It grows rapidly and has huge, brilliant flowers. It is my favorite indoor winter blooming plant and Study of a Red Amaryllis is an attempt to capture the stunning beauty of the amaryllis on paper.
About Glenn Boyles
Making art has been a life long journey. I have always made drawings and painting for as long as I can remember. Through the years skill and knowledge grows, different mediums are explored, and subject content changes. I have a large body of work that shows what I've explored in the past, and what I am presently producing. I have only the vaguest notion of what I will make in the future.
