Love my Red Chair Samsung Galaxy phone case. I will be using this one during the winter. Claire Norris is such a talented artist. The painting pulls you right in, welcoming you to sit by the window.

As I Sit Awhile and use my Samsung Galaxy phone case, I can loose myself thinking I am actually sitting in the Adirondack chair. Love all of Claire's paintings and love that I can carry some with me when I use my phone. Have received a lot of compliments about it

Artist's Description

Church is the place where all the action is on Sunday night in Stacyville Maine. This painting is of the sun setting over a mountain with the light casting highlights on a snowy field. In the foreground is a small evergreen with fresh snow on its branches. On both sides of the oil painting are small saplings and a broken down snow fence. About a quarter of a mile away is a small village with a church with its lights on. Most of the houses in the town are without lights. Its easy to imagine that most of the towns people are already in the church. Beyond the town is a dark blue woods witch helps to highlight the church and houses. Beyond the first woods is an open field and then more wooded area at the base of a mountain. Off in the distance are some large mountains painted in pale purple. The wintry clouds have a bright silver light on their edges. The Appalachian trail begins near this town. This painting is protected by copyright.

About Lee Piper

I have been an oil painter my entire life. Many of the paintings that I do are sentimental rural settings. I also like to paint landmarks and paintings that tell a story like "Surprise Visit". My paintings have won first place in a lot of competitions and many times have been sold that way. To me there is no more satisfying experience than to complete a painting and be happy with the outcome. The next best thing is to have someone buy it! I hope you enjoy looking at my paintings and I welcome your comments. I will personalize a print once you have kept it for the duration of the 30 days. You must pay the shipping to and from me.
