I have been following the research into the Shroud of Turin for the last 40 years. I was so happy that Ray Downing made a portrait based upon the Shroud. I was very struck by the beauty and sensitivity of the portrait. I have it hanging in my living room right where I can see it most often every day. This picture is mainly capturing the Sunset, low fog on the Slackers Hill, Sausalito, CA. The hill is close to Golden Gate Bridge. On November 10th, when I picture the Golden Gate Bridge under low fog, I turned my head and saw this stunning scene, the light rail under the Sunset, what a beautiful and peaceful nature. The winding road shows the hope which is extending to infinity.
