It was a gift for a friend who has worked on these rigs. It’s now in his own company facility. He loves it.

Contemporary Photographic Art and Travel Photography. I'm the Head Pixie and Pixel Pusher at Pixielated Pixels, British born and bred but New York City-based. I first picked up a camera around 60 years ago. After all these years I am finally happy, creating the images I always dreamed of. Shooting film and printing in the darkroom never gave me as much pleasure as powerful computers and Adobe's wonderful software does today. I began working with computers in the mid-1980s, and now I have become confident and competent with the tools at hand and feel that the world has finally caught up with my eclectic artistic vision. Intense and powerful colors and a somewhat surreal take on reality are the way my mind works and I enjoy producing images...

What a stunning shot Chris - the light is amazing, One would almost swear you'd composed rather than captured this - which is typically Chris Lord! Fabulous work! F/V
Chris Lord replied:
Thanks so much Lianne, my mother who stood beside me for so long on the windy pier as I shot tons of exposures as the sun came down will vouch that (this time) the shot was made in camera - well almost, it is an HDR three exposure capture! Much appreciated, cheers.
Lois Bryan
Talk about timing, Chris ... this is amazing ... dramatic and magnificent!!!! f/v
Chris Lord replied:
Haha, don't talk about timing to my poor suffering mother who stood and waited for ages while I shot tons of takes as the sun went down! This is shot from my favorite pier and my favorite source of the best fish and chips! Thanks very much for your very kind words and the f/v, greatly appreciated Lois, cheers.
