Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

About Bernard Barcos
I have been a serious photographer since purchasing my first camera during an Army tour in Korea. It was a Canon P rangefinder, essentially a Japanese Leica. Started working in the darkroom when I got home, eventually moving on from B&W to color. I then accumulated 2 camera systems, one based on the Canon F1 and another on the Mamiya 330. I've got thousands of negatives and transparencies from around the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe. For several years my "real job" took up all my time and the photography was put aside. I was in electronic sales and then owned a restaurant. Both took a lot of time. I "retired" in 2001 and have concentrated on photography with renewed interest. I don't do assignments but concentrate on the fine...
