Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. I've had the pleasure to watch the life cycle of the black swallowtail butterfly up close and personal by growing their host plant, fennel, in containers on my back patio--thus the inspiration for this watercolor painting. A 2012 State Fair of Texas blue ribbon winner. Juried into the Society of Watercolor Artists' 2014 International Juried Exhibition in Ft. Worth, TX.

A signature member of both Southwestern Watercolor Society and the Society of Watercolor Artists, and a member of Star Harbor Watercolor Society, Celene paints in watercolor and soft pastel. Known for her vivid use of color and varied subject matter, her work has received multiple awards including Best of Show (Henderson County Art Show twice and Mineola League of the Arts Annual Show), ribbons every year at the State Fair of Texas 2007-2018 including 6 blues, and 3rd place in watercolor at the Irving Art Association juried Wildlife Show 2010.
