On a somewhat gloomy Sunday morning I decided to visit the Szechenyi Baths in Budapest Hungary. The Szechenyi Medicinal Bath in Budapest is the largest medicinal bath in Europe and a 'must-do' for visitors to the city! In the baths there are pools of varying temperature. There are also 11 thermal pools inside. I tried every single one, but settled in for a good soak in the warmest ones! There is even a cooling pool inside with a temperature of 20 degrees C. There were actually people sitting in it, but I could only manage putting my feet in. The outdoor pools (swimming pool, adventure pool and thermal sitting pool) are 27- 38�C. Of course on a cool morning the steam was rising out of the 38 degree C pool and that's where most people were relaxing! The water supply for the bath is provided by the Saint Stephen Well Nr.
